Aww hell yes. I will own one of these at some point, provided they don't go too much higher than their £20-25k price at the moment. I'll take mine with a 3.0l Autodelta prepared V8 and some fat tyres.

The Montreal is my favourite Alfa. I mean, yes, I'm lying, my favourite Alfa is the Tipo 33 Stradale, but I'll never be able to afford that, so I'll pick the closest possible thing. I have no idea of who would take a 911 over this back in the Seventies.

Exactly. I'd sure as hell take the Montreal.

Actually, what I'd really love to do is Singer-ise a Montreal. 3.0l (maybe 3.3l, not sure how big these engines can go) high-revving V8, subtle flares, maybe even a transaxle gearbox. Basically all the greatest ingredients from Alfa's back-catalogue in one stunning car.
